Quality Manager
This full-time position ensures all company products meet consumer expectations and demands. The role is responsible for overall development, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s Quality System. Salary Range: $90k – $105k DOE
Responsibilities
- Manages the quality team
- Controls all aspects of the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Responsible for the calibration of monitoring and measurement devices
- Oversees all QC lab work
- Develop and maintain internal work instructions and policies/procedures relating to Quality
- Identifies, analyzes, and implements quality systems in manufacturing that improves and/or stabilizes product quality; sets benchmarks
- Oversees implementation of new processes and procedures; determines gaps in existing systems
Qualifications
- Five years of quality management experience in a manufacturing environment
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or other relevant discipline
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Experience with ISO 9001, TS 16949, or similar quality standards
- ASQ certification, accredited Green Belt is a plus
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
