We tailor every engagement fee to each client and base our percentage on a number of factors including the level of the position, intricacies of the job and how specialized the work is. What types of candidates can I expect to interview from your team?

We specialize in management and leadership positions in human resource, information technology, accounting/finance, manufacturing, supply chain and engineering industries. The IRS team has an extensive personal network that helps us connect with candidates before we present them to our clients. We have many clients that use us exclusively to help with all their staffing needs, from production supervisors to higher level executive roles.

What is the 60 day Replacement Guarantee?

We get it, sometimes things don’t work out the way we expect them to. If a candidate doesn’t work out and your job posting stays the same, we’ll replace that candidate within 60 days of their hire date for no additional fees.

What can I expect in your process?

Once the engagement letter is signed, IRS goes to work putting together a tailored search strategy that takes into account a myriad of factors. We’ll spend time listening and talking to your hiring team to determine what they are looking for in a candidate.

IRS will create a unique job profile for each candidate to ensure that it matches your needs. We’ll also help coordinate the interviews and work as a liaison to ensure both client and candidates feel informed and prepared.

What is the usual length of time to hire

If the need is to have someone to start in the next 30 days – average turn around is finding the candidate in 2-3 weeks.

If it’s a very specialized role, it could take a bit longer.
