What can I expect in your process?

Once the engagement letter is signed, IRS goes to work putting together a tailored search strategy that takes into account a myriad of factors. We’ll spend time listening and talking to your hiring team to determine what they are looking for in a candidate.

IRS will create a unique job profile for each candidate to ensure that it matches your needs. We’ll also help coordinate the interviews and work as a liaison to ensure both client and candidates feel informed and prepared.

We’re there every step of the way from the search, to the interview, to the offer. We tailor each experience to the unique needs of clients and candidates.

What is the usual length of time to hire

If the need is to have someone to start in the next 30 days – average turn around is finding the candidate in 2-3 weeks.

If it’s a very specialized role, it could take a bit longer.
