Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a PIM strategy and roadmap in line with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders, including marketing, sales, IT, and other departments, and translate those into a functional product design.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of PIM solutions that meet customer needs and requirements.
- Ensure the product is launched on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.
- Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to continually improve the PIM and B2C solution.
- Develop and maintain product documentation, training materials, and other collateral to support the successful adoption of the PIM solution.
- Work with the sales and marketing teams to develop a B2C strategy and execute successful Digital product launches.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the software industry • Experience with designing and managing PIM solutions.
- Strong technical knowledge of PIM solutions, including product data modeling, taxonomy, and metadata management.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience with JIRA or other project management tools.
- Experience in B2C strategy development and execution.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with large industrial manufacturing companies is a plus
- Manufacturing experience required.
