Digital Product Development/Transformation Manager

Responsibilities 

  • Develop and implement a PIM strategy and roadmap in line with the company’s overall business  objectives. 
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders, including marketing, sales, IT, and other departments, and  translate those into a functional product design. 
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of PIM solutions that  meet customer needs and requirements. 
  • Ensure the product is launched on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to continually improve the PIM and  B2C solution. 
  • Develop and maintain product documentation, training materials, and other collateral to support the  successful adoption of the PIM solution. 
  • Work with the sales and marketing teams to develop a B2C strategy and execute successful Digital  product launches. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal  teams. 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s  degree is preferred. 
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the software industry Experience with designing and managing PIM solutions. 
  • Strong technical knowledge of PIM solutions, including product data modeling, taxonomy, and metadata  management. 
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience with JIRA or other project management tools.
  • Experience in B2C strategy development and execution. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Experience with large industrial manufacturing companies is a plus
  • Manufacturing experience required.
