Freight Quoting & Shipping Clerk

  • The Logistic Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of all international and domestic shipments and is the primary contact person between the company and Freight providers. This individual must maintain a positive working relationship with multiple functions of the organization and ensure continuous flow of information and paperwork throughout the shipping process.

  • This role oversees the full month-end close process, prepares financial statements, reconciles accounts, and ensures the accuracy of financial data across intercompany ledgers, fixed assets, and commissions. The position also supports audits, monitors state filings, and provides backup for A/P, collections, and payroll. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and Smartsheet are essential.

  • This role's goal is to ensure all loads are set up for success for customer delivery and to provide real time problem resolution when needed. Responsible for all customer freight planning and execution. Working throughout the value chain you will support Customer Service with all freight-based enquiries at quote stage, right through to the scheduling of customer deliveries based on completed orders from our Production facilities.
