Director of Finance:

Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Reporting

• Develop and present comprehensive financial reports, forecasts, and analyses to support executive decision-making.

• Partner with leadership to interpret financial trends and drive data-informed business strategies.

• Ensure financial reporting aligns with corporate objectives and regulatory requirements.

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Oversee the annual budgeting process, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment.

• Manage monthly and quarterly forecasting, providing insights that drive business performance.

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure alignment with company goals.

Strategic Planning & Business Growth

• Collaborate with the CFO and General Manager on long-term financial strategy and corporate planning.

• Conduct industry trend analysis and develop market-driven financial models to inform business decisions.

• Evaluate financial feasibility and performance metrics for new product development.

Operational & Financial Advisory

• Work closely with supply chain leadership to optimize supplier performance and assess global manufacturing strategies.

• Improve working capital management and cash flow forecasting across the organization.

• Serve as a financial consultant to business leaders, providing guidance on operational improvements and cost efficiencies.

Leadership & Process Improvement

• Lead initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the Finance team.

• Drive continuous improvement efforts in financial operations and reporting processes.

• Participate in special projects, providing analytical support to optimize business performance.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required; CPA and/or MBA preferred.

• 6–10 years of experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, and reporting.

• 3 years of leadership experience

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is required.

• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in developing advanced financial modeling tools.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

• Strong understanding of audit processes.
