Planner

The Planner position develops and maintains an accurate production schedule that meets customer demand works to adjust workflow to ensure effective use of available capacity for labor, materials, and equipment.  They also monitor factory capacity and identifies potential constraints that could impact scheduling, works under limited supervision and has significant responsibility for efficiency of operations.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Minimum of three years Materials Planning experience 
  • Two-year degree in related field (Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Business, etc…), Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 
  • Knowledge of MRP or ERP systems.
  • Solid understanding of electronic business systems.
  • Able to effectively manage many tasks and projects simultaneously. 
  • Self-motivated and takes initiative and can manage time effectively. 
  • Able to build strong relationships and able to effectively facilitate work and communication among several key stakeholders including vendors, internal and external customers. 


Fabrication/Engineering Technician

The Fabrication/Engineering Technician role is responsible for all programming, touch up,  training, fixture evaluation, and process quality of the value stream. In addition, they will  support the day-to-day needs of the department through the Management Development  System. 

REQUIREMENTS 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associates degree or other technical certification. Minimum of three years related experience and/or training. 
  • Blueprint reading experience required.
  • Ability to use and apply basic mathematical functions to solve problems and analyze data.  Ability to develop and interpret graphs and charts.
  • Position requires constant exposure to the manufacturing areas where the use of personal  protective equipment such as safety glasses with side shields and mandatory hearing protection  is mandatory.  
  • Frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts. Frequent exposure to high noise levels.  Occasional exposure to extreme temperatures, fumes, or airborne particles.
  • Flexibility to provide back-up to other positions during peak production times required.
