Director of Operations – Automotive Metal Stamping

The Director of Operations will oversee all aspects of our metal stamping operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. This role requires a strategic leader with exceptional management skills, extensive experience in the automotive industry, and a strong background in metal stamping.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Leadership:

    • Oversee daily operations of the metal stamping division, ensuring production schedules are met.

    • Implement and maintain effective operational policies and procedures.

    • Monitor production metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

  2. Strategic Planning:

    • Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and support business growth.

    • Collaborate with senior management to align operations with overall company goals.

    • Ensure all products meet quality standards and customer specifications.

    • Implement robust quality control processes and drive initiatives for continuous quality improvement.

  4. Team Development:

    • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.

  5. Financial Management:

    • Manage operational budgets, including cost control and resource allocation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in operations management within the automotive industry.
